- Measurements are given by manufacturers and may not be exact.
- Colour may differ slightly due to monitor's resolution.
- Once current ordering date is closed, pls wait for the next one, if any. [For Pre-Order Items]
- Please order only if you are willing to wait, your patience would be greatly appreciated. (Within 2 wks)
EXCHANGE/RETURN
- Please understand that all sales are FINAL.
- All items will be checked before delivering.
- Will change to your alternative colour or a full refund will be made if items are out-of-stocks.
- We will not accept exchange unless wrong item has been sent by us.
- Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange/refund items will be paid by the customer.
- Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the original condition. * Items shall be returned with full and original packaging. (include tag, label, packaging bag, shopping bag) * Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained.
SHIPPING
- Shipping of items will be by mail ONLY (normal/registered mail)
-We encourage Mass Meet Up for collection of handbags to save your cost on postage.
- We will NOT BE responsible for packages lost in the Normal mail.
-For Ready Stocks Order, We will mailed out item within the same day or next day UPON payment received.
- We will consolidate all orders after the closing date and batch out together. You can expect to received the items within 2 weeks time after the closing date.
-Please understand that the date we put up are our estimation based on past experience as there might be delay due to slow in restocking from the supplier BUT rest assured that we will follow up with the supplier regularly.
POSTAGE
Apparel & Accessories: FOC (Local normal mail)
Handbags: Local normal postage, from SGD 1.50 - SGD 3.00 (Depending on size) / Mass Meet up which will be arranged on the 1st weekend upon receipt of the stocks. (Pls try to make it) - All parcels can be requested to be sent by Registered Mail (additional S$2.50).
**It is advisable to have your order sent via registered mail so as to prevent loss of items though normal mail postage. We will not bear any responsibility for the loss of goods when choosing normal mail postage. We also do not bear responsibility for any damages made to the product caused by the delivery.
